Dixie and Donnie are both licensed by the state of Tennessee. Book either one by name.
Owner and licensed massage therapist
Dixie opened the studio above the hardware store so people who work with their hands and feet could book a session before a shift or after one. She takes first-time clients, the long days on hard floors and the days at a keyboard. Her pressure is steady, and she asks before she changes it. She speaks English.
Licensed massage therapist
Donnie came to massage after a career on job sites, and he knows what a ladder, a truck seat and a full tool belt ask of a body by Friday. He does the slower, firmer work, deep tissue for shoulders, back and hips, and he checks the pressure at the start, in the middle and before the end. He speaks English.
The studio
A single treatment room with tall windows, up one flight of stairs on East Broadway.
The studio is a warm, quiet room over a working hardware store, with brick walls and steel windows from the building's earlier days. There is parking behind the building, a hook for your coat, and a place to set your boots by the door.
Up one flight of stairs; call us if stairs are a problem
Parking behind the building
Appointments only, with the first at 6:30am on weekdays
