First visit
What to expect
Your first session works like every other one. You are covered, you set the pressure, and you can stop whenever you like.
Most people book 45 or 60 minutes the first time. Your therapist asks about your work and the pressure you like, then the session begins when you are ready.
Come from work as you are
Undress to your comfort
Stop at any point

From the stairs to the table
A first visit is the same as any other, with a few more minutes for talking at the start.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length and a therapist online. You fill in a short intake on the booking page, where health questions belong, not in a message.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Nothing but yourself. Come from work as you are. We have sheets, towels and a hook for your coat.
A water bottle, if you like
Tell us about a scent or nut allergy when you book
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come up the stairs beside the hardware store a few minutes early. Your therapist meets you, shows you the room and leaves you to undress to your comfort.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Covered by a sheet or towel the whole time, one area uncovered at a time. We ask about pressure at the start and check again halfway through. You can stop whenever you like.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
Take a minute to sit up slowly. We tell you what we noticed and what a next visit could cover, and you can book it on your way out.
Good to know
Before you come
What to wear
What is easy to take off and put back on. You undress to your comfort, and you are covered the whole time.
Pressure
Your therapist asks before you start and checks again partway through. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
The right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had surgery or an injury lately, ask your doctor before you book.
Choose a time.
