From 30 to 90 minutes. Most first visits are 45 or 60. The table is yours for the whole time you book, and the first few minutes are for talking about pressure.

Yes. Leave your boots at the door and your tool belt in the car. You do not need to shower, and nobody minds the sawdust.

Whatever is comfortable. Undress to your comfort; we work around whatever you keep on. You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time, and only the part we are working on is uncovered.

Yes, at any time and for any reason. You can pause, change position or end the session, and we stop right away.

We ask before we start and check again halfway through. Tell us to go lighter or firmer whenever you like. Deep work is a choice, not a default.

Upstairs from the hardware store on East Broadway in Maryville, with parking behind the building. The studio is up one flight of stairs; call us if stairs are a problem and we will talk through the options.

If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your visit. If you are pregnant, or have had surgery or an injury lately, ask your doctor before you book and tell your therapist what they said.

As often as suits you. Some clients come once after a hard job, some every few weeks. Your therapist can suggest a rhythm after your first visit.

Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay.

Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel. If a shift runs over or you are ill, tell us and we will move your visit. The policies page has the whole of it.
